Guimet Museum

The Guimet Museum in Paris (Musée Guimet) is the national Museum of Asian Arts, it aims to highlight the relationships and differences revolving around Asia’s diverse artistic traditions.

Bronze, paintings, sculptures, and many other artworks are on display within the different collections:
_Afghanistan – Pakistan, Himalaya, China, Korea, India, and Japan
_South-East and Central Asia
_Textiles and Treasures of the Library
_Sound and Photography Archives

Opening times:
Open daily (except Tuesdays) 10:00am – 6:00pm.
Closed 1 January, 1 May, and 25 December.

Permanent Collection:
Full rate: 7.5€.
Concessions: 5.5€.

Temporary Exhibitions + Permanent Collection
Full rate: 9€.
Concessions: 7€.

Free admission:
Visitors under the age of 18, 18-25 year-old residents of the EU, holders of a valid ‘Pass Education’, visitors with disabilities and their carer, unwaged.
